International Aircraft Cover Orders

Services:

At Bruce’s Custom Covers, we can reach our clients and cover aircraft around the globe. Our primary parcel services include UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS.

If you have a company shipping account or prefer to use a specific shipping service, you may place a note with the courier, account number, and desired speed in the order comments field when placing your online order.

If you work with a freight forwarder, we can contact you on completion of the order to exchange the documents required for the order to reach its destination.

Billing:

Due to market fluctuations and to avoid overcharges, our website is unable to calculate shipping costs to international destinations.

International shipping costs are determined and billed upon completion of the order. This allows our shipping department to package your order efficiently and assess the most economical shipping options for you to review.

All transactions are billed in US dollars. (USD)

Please feel free to contact us if you would like a shipping estimate prior to placing your order.

Customs, Duties, Taxes, and Fees

When a package ships internationally, it may be subject to import fees imposed by the destination country.

Such fees may include the following: Duties, VAT (value-added tax), luxury tax (goods valued over a certain amount), and agency fees imposed by the carrier to broker the package.

All orders are shipped DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid)

These charges are typically paid to the carrier and are due before the package is released to the customer.

If you have questions about the import process in your area, we recommend that you check your local Customs Authority.

Documents and Declaration:

All shipments will contain copies of the commercial invoice and packing slip outlined by the carrier. Invoice amounts cannot be altered or falsified to minimize import costs.

A Manufacturer’s Certificate of Conformance (CoC) can be provided at no additional charge.

Certificate of Origin: May be provided and is subject to fees imposed by the local government and the notary public.

VAT and EORI numbers may be requested to help process shipments.
